Neil is a former Royal Marine Commando and Special Forces Officer turned entrepreneur who has founded a dozen businesses. One of these reached £40 million turnover and was sold to a FTSE 100 company in 2011. He is a business coach, team trainer and keynote speaker with a collaborative, challenging and experiential style that inspires his clients and audiences. Neil is Sussex “Entrepreneur of the Year” (2016), Brighton & Hove “Business Personality of the Year” (2016) and he was recognised by the Royal Geographical Society for his “leadership of expeditions & encouragement of others” (2005). Neil is passionate about adventure and he has led numerous expeditions on 7 continents, by land, sea and air. He summited Mt Everest with Bear Grylls, circumnavigated the UK on a jet-ski and piloted the world’s first road legal flying car across the Sahara Desert.

Angus Wingfield is the founder and director of Africa Wild Trails and has been working with a range of African partner organisations to oversee expeditionary trips to the continent for many years. He is an expert in Anti-Poaching, Wildlife, Conservation and Bushcraft. Angus has worked extensively with the military, young people’s organisations and with clients from around the world as a SCUBA instructor, wildlife consultant and expedition leader.

John Richards has worked as a Practitioner, Coach, Consultant and Senior Leader in Crisis Intervention and Therapeutic development for over 18 years with a vast range of clients and teams in the UK. More recently, John founded AwarenessChange.com to offer organisations, businesses and individuals opportunity for personal revelation and the pursuit of lasting change. John is a speaker, writer and experienced retreat facilitator.
